After a decade of working in global IT companies, including CSC, Unisys and IBM in Europe and Australia with the last three as General Counsel for IBM in Australia and New Zealand, Jason Dixon has joined Ash Street Partners as a Director. Ash Street Partners is a new way in professional services. The company places its emphasis on solving the challenges faced by clients commercially and quickly, allowing clients to meet their obligations, manage risk and where possible deliver to them a competitive advantage. Jason joins experienced lawyers and advisers drawn from the top tier assembling in lean teams to deliver IT/IP, Corporate, Employment, Dispute Resolution and Indirect Tax advice to Corporate, Government, SMEs and Non-Exeecutive Directors. Jason will make available to both suppliers and customers his experience in large outsourcing, cloud, system integration and software licensing and development projects all over the world in addition to large IT disputes.
