Arvind is a Senior Associate at Corrs Chambers Westgarth where he specialises in information technology law. He has advised organisations such as Time Warner, News Ltd and GE on the corporate and commercial aspects of technology contracting, cross border privacy issues, protection of intellectual property rights, internet law, and telecommunications law. Arvind has extensive industry experience and has completed secondments at NBN Co (where he advised on the procurement of key network infrastructure and services) as well as SMS Management & Technology (in the role of Acting General Counsel). Arvind convenes the firm’s India Country Focus Group, and is active in the Australia India Business Council where he has previously held the position of Secretary and coordinated the ICT Industry Chapter.
